The Oast House in Kent had wonderful character — exposed beams, a kiln and unique multi-level layouts along with equestrian land gardens — but buyers struggled to imagine how it could function as a modern family home. At £1.5 million, the market expected a celebration of the heritage and its unique layout but also an efficient and functional space.

Detailed 3D visuals and consultant input gave the sale materials a renewed clarity. It sold shortly after launch to buyers seeking exactly that blend of story and space.
