Located in a small Buckinghamshire village, this handsome and expansive farmhouse offered space, extended gardens, privacy and a huge potential to link and convert ancient barns to the main house.  Unfortunately the property listing lacked the vision to help buyers see it. Priced at £7 million, the market response was muted. That’s when the owners contacted Avanted.

Through our Vision offering, we carried out a full site survey and developed a reimagined layout that opened up the interiors, connected the barns, linked beautifully to the landscape, and highlighted the opportunity to blend heritage with contemporary design. With input from a planning consultant and structural engineer, we built out a complete set of drawings and photo-real visuals. The estate agent used these visuals alongside their physical particulars brochure giving buyers a compelling reason to book viewings.

The property went under offer in record time for the area, with buyers praising the clarity of the proposed improvements and the lifestyle it promised.
